DevsReady is a boutique software development company from Romania. We build custom applications for companies: we modernize old software, build new platforms, automate manual work and integrate with e-Factura and ERP systems. The company was founded by Emanuel Neculai, a software architect with over 12 years of experience building systems for banks and large companies in Europe.
Markonex is the latest DevsReady project: an AI-powered B2B marketplace that connects buyers and suppliers in construction and industry. The platform covers the whole journey, from the request for quotation to the contract, with companies verified with ANAF, round-based negotiation, chat and a built-in CRM. You have four options: a Proof of Concept to validate the idea quickly, a complete team (analysts, engineers and testers) that takes the project from idea to production, engineers who join your existing team, or architecture and migration for older systems. You choose the option that fits your company.
If off-the-shelf software covers your processes well, it is often enough. A custom ERP is worth it when your processes are specific, when the real work happens in Excel next to the software, or when you need connections to other systems that the standard software does not offer. There is also a middle way: you keep the software you have and we build only the missing modules, integrated with it.
Yes. We build integrations with e-Factura, e-Transport, ANAF and the ERP systems companies in Romania already use, so data no longer has to be typed by hand in several places. The integration can go into the application you already have or into a new one.

Yes. We build web and mobile applications, for example an app for sales agents who see stock and prices in real time, or a loyalty app for customers. The mobile app works with the same data as the rest of your company systems.
Yes, in two ways. We use AI tools every day to deliver faster, but every line of code generated with their help is reviewed and tested by our engineers. We can also put AI into your application, as in Markonex, where requests are matched with suppliers by their meaning, not only by keywords.
The rights to the code are set in the contract before we start working. For a custom application, the usual arrangement is that your company owns the code and the rights to it, and we agree the terms together, in writing.
Yes. We help you along the whole way, from analysing your processes to delivery and maintenance. The team already provides evolutive maintenance for the platform of a large bank, constantly adding new features while keeping the system stable and secure, and we can do the same for your application.
Security is part of every project, not a step added at the end. The team has built systems for large European banks, where security rules are very strict, and works with tested code and an architecture reviewed by an architect from start to finish.
Sometimes, yes. There are funding programs for the digitalization of companies that can also cover software development, but the conditions, application windows and eligibility differ from one program and one company to another. We recommend checking with a funding consultant which program fits you, and we can describe the solution and the project stages clearly so you can use them in your application.
